Monthly Team Weight Loss and Maintenance for October 2021

Welcome Back
I encourage you to track your weight loss and or Maintenance daily Sunday to Saturday
For those loosing weight; start of slow by focusing on a small amount of weight to lose; example; aim to loose 2 to 5 pounds for the month of October with keeping it off for entire month!
For Maintenance: aim to track your weight daily with aiming to keep your weight at what is the best optimal weight for you for entire month of October!
So who is onboard?
I am back for Maintenance but keeping in mind I am underweight so for now due to Cancer treatment and 30 pound weight loss) I need to gain weight back and try and get back to my previous optimal Maintenance weight: 125lbs to 130lbs.

Saturday October 2nd 99lbs
