Good morning gentlemen.
Sassy has me up early, this morning. She sleeps through the night, but is an early riser.
I need to get into the shop for a little while, today, to pour resin in a void in the communion cup. Then I can finish the cup tomorrow, or Tuesday.
Love the photos of the peaceful lake, Mike. Glad it was a good trip.
I have known dulcimer players, before, but never one who played a tin whistle. What an interesting group this is.0 -

Frankie let me sleep until almost 7:00 this morning. Since she is used to going out around 4:30, I thought that was very generous of her.
Dave, your plate is so very beautiful. Your congregation will be blessed.
Mike, your campsite is also very beautiful. I am glad that you had such a great outing.
My weight continues to go up, not down. YTD I am UP 1/2 pound. Sheesh!

Good Morning
I think we are all eager to see the finished result Dave. How do you treat the wood at the end, with a rubbing oil or such?
The last day of the Virtual Dulcimer Festival is today. Just 2 concert sessions are set for early today. I enjoyed my workshops yesterday, which were well done, and was able to play more than I have in a while between the lessons and practicing what I learned. Heading into the living room with my coffee to play some more here at 7:10. For the third day in a row, I will bless the sleepers upstairs with music. I am not looking forward to schlepping all my music stuff back up to my little corner in our bedroom. In between the concerts, Heather & I are off to a Fall Festival at the big nursery in this valley. As this recent flareup has tailed off my weight has been coming down. A combination of a better focus on my part and the inflammation decreasing along with a slow increase in my activity levels.0 -
Church and Sunday School this morning
then went for a bike ride, may have been a little cool
arthritis is acting up with a vengeance, hand and wrist swollen plus pain radiating from knee
I've gone back to tracking on WW app, hope to see better results
