I am at a weight loss halt... waaaaaah

My weight keeps fluctuating, I think I may have hot a plateau at the loss of 30lbs. send good juju my way to get me over this hill :)
Also, I haven't been logging my food and workouts online because I've been writing it down in a notebook. It's hard to track all the things I workout with my husband because I can never remember all of the machines and deadlift stuff we do, lol. I've been a bad bad girl over the weekend. I let my emotions eat instead of using my noggin. So I've got to get back on track
