G'Morning!
Late start here......up way too late hoping for a comeback. Alas, Series tied 1-1.
Lunch with the VFW group today. They are restarting the "Smelly Boys Club" - (whereas most of them are 75 y/o plus and smell like ben-gay or ointment or, well sadly, b/o). Nonetheless, the best, funniest, group of guys around....anywhere! The SBC has been on hiatus during COVID.

Good morning BBB crew.
Lots of rain, up here in rain country. I didn't make it to the shop, yesterday, maybe today.
On my walk with Sassy, yesterday, we passed through a neighborhood where crews had blown the leaves into big piles, 20 feet wide and about three feet deep. Sassy walked into one and decided it seemed like fun. She ran through it like a golden retriever submarine, and exploded out the far side, then turned around and ran back again. She'd have spread the whole pile out again, if I'd let her. I couldn't stop laughing.
Sorry the Astros won. They are a great unifier, though. The entire country (outside of South Texas) is rooting for them to lose.1 -
Morning BBB
The sit we interviewed for is near Sarasota. They have 3 more interviews today so fingers crossed we need the cut. They said they had 30 applications in less than 24 hours. Great place with a pool in January plus two cute doggos.
Last night we walked to a bar had had a pet Halloween contest. It was hysterical. Hopefully you all are ok with pet costumes. After a crazy heated debate on a petsitting forum I almost didn't mention it.0 -

Nothing else planned today
I'm one who is against pet costumes as well as do not believe pets down here need jackets, hats and booties; it does not get that cold down here. We have older lady up street who because it is below 70 feels her dog needs a sweater and hat. She also dresses him for every holiday. He also has a yellow rubber rain suit that should not be on him when it's warm outside.
50's today, may make pot of chili

Good morning BBB Friends.
- It is raining in GA too.
- Last nights ballgame didn't go as planned but escaping Houston with a split is okay.
- DWs Dr. visit didn't go as planned either. Dr. wasn't happy with all the coloration. DW either has an infection or contact dermatitis. With no fever Dr. believes the latter. Possibly allergic to the surgical glue. She prescribed an antibiotic just in case and some kind of ointment.
- I am working Trunk or Treat at the church this afternoon. It appears it may be moved inside.
- Emma has never been a big fan of costumes. This was a few years ago.

Pet Halloween costumes are pretty hilarious, but only if the dog or cat is cool with it. You can tell if they are or not.
Sounds like Sassy has a calling. You should get a video of her shenanigans. I bet she loved making you laugh.
