Monthly Team Challenges for November 2021

You all did well with meeting your nutritional and fitness goals for the month of October!
I have created new Goals for you this month, let's raise the bar to our personal best.
I have included Nutritional and Fitness goals for you to work on this month.
Let's Go for it and keep pushing ahead and be the best we can be!
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
Track Nutrition daily
Maintain 25 grams of Fibre for Women and 38 grams of Fibre for men daily.
Fitness Goals
Cardio: you choose the exercise that best works for you, aim for at least 25 to 30 minutes or more per day
Strength Training; you choose what best works for you, upper and lower body strength training, at least 2x per week 20 minutes or more
You choose one or two extra exercises to add to your daily fitness: Swimming, Jogging, Biking, Walking and or Treadmill Aim for 10 minutes per exercise chosen.
Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.
You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...

I am back and working on both Team Challenges, for my extra fitness; I am modifying the Wheelchair Track Riding that I used to do with riding down the long Condo hallways and up ramps to gain strength, will do this 2x a week, Monday and Friday's! For Week 1 I left out Sunday as it is still in October's calendar and part of October Goals!
