Another challenge anyone??

Hi all ???? thought I'd start another thread and challenge if anyone is up for it? I find that doing these challenges by posting on here helps me to stick to them!

So anyways it's only a little challenge but a different one everyday, these challenges can be done anywhere and at anytime of the day! What I propose is a 100 challenge! Basically it is 100 of something everyday such as Sit ups, push ups, squats, jumping jacks, planks, lunges etc.

If anyone fancies doing this with me then please do reply and if you have anymore ideas of what to include into it other than the 6 I have stated then please let me know them ????

  • OOOOOOOh I am up for this one, did you mention star jumps? i personally HATE them which probably means they are doing me good!

    yup star jumps :) I was thinking of starting it tomorrow and we could start with the star jumps then if you would like?
