Tuesday December 20
Well, after a quick short downwards slide on the 19th (second pass day), I’ve given myself a moment to reflect on why that happened, and gotten myself back on track. Forward focus now.
✅ Tracked it all
✅ Calories just under target
✅ Exercise Treadmill for a 45 quick paced walk in Hawaii (YouTube); 11,500+ steps over the day
Confirmed two curb-side grocery orders to pick up on Wednesday. Took some of the things out of the carts and have ensured we have healthy options and a meal plan that everyone will enjoy, and that will not derail me.

To everyone still here you are freaking rock stars. Even if you're on 10 pass days or whatever - you are turning up for yourselves and being a badass.
I'm not sure of the stats but I would bet December has three highest drop out rate. I've personally felt that internal pressure to just slink away rather than put my hands up and say - sorry I'm on 4 pass days now. However the only person who that would impact would be me. The winners circle is a great goal but the champions club is also fabulous.
@Geneveremfp This is so true! And I've been right there with you as far as wanting rather to slink away than admit 4 or 5 (or more!) pass days! But something I picked up early on from someone else in the group was to stop counting the pass days after 4. It can get too discouraging! 4 days indicated that I'm out of the Winner's Circle, but my intention is to keep plugging away for the Champions List!! In those months, I just say "Pass Days Used: Too many! But I'm still a Champion!" and stop counting!!!4 -

Pass Days Used: 3/3
I couldn't get into the Community last night to post.
Today we had our Christmas party at the chiropractor's office where I do massage. There are only 7 of us (2 docs, 3 office staff, 1 other LMT besides me!) So it was a nice time. the doc that owns the business LOVED the OSU afghan I made for him for Christmas. He's been so good to me this last year. When we had to shut down last year and weren't allowed to do massage for 3 months, he didn't charge me any rent. And this year when I had my appendix removed in May and took 2 weeks off, he only charged me 1/2 the month's rent. I wanted to do something to show him my appreciation. (Needless to say, he's a HUGE OSU Buckeyes fan, in fact, the entire office is decorated in OSU Buckeye decor!!!

Well I can’t exercise for now, trying to heal physically. And then yesterday a friend dropped off a pound of Garden Gate toffee. Have you seen Garden Gate toffee? And we’re heading into Christmas. So I’m on trial. N.O.T. quitting…3 -
