I am currently reading it for the second time. I don't really look at his point system, but use the general guidelines for percentage of quality workouts and the sort.0

Good sites. :-)
Daniels is an excellent read but I haven't put the time in to getting my head around his approach to training. Insofar as the other content, yup, it's great.
I was considering starting up a Noakes reading group but that would be ultra tweaky…0
