Time to work off the turkey!

Hope you all had a wonderful Thanksgiving with your families! This week I'll post a new workout each day. If you have any suggestions or ideas please feel free to share them with the group here.

You can modify and remember form is always better than fast. Please be sure to push yourselves and each other to go harder each day! It is not a competition between you and your teammates, it's about each of you becoming better than you were yesterday!!
