Now ladies if you're human like me I know you love potatoes and bread and macaroni and cheese and biscuits and gravy and all of those nice carbs that are so tempting but just oh so deadly. I can't tell you how much I do love CARBS I Can eat all three on my plate with no green SIGHT!! Well its time to say NO To carBS!! Let's practice now no no no! ! LOL GREAT WELL THIS IS ALSO 30 DAYS LONG. So this is how it works with every 1 carb daily you will instead replace with green beans or raw green beans that' veggie medley Which has peas in it. You can try asparagus you can also do greens or spinach or broccoli!!! Or even a little romaine lettuce to make your Little Caesar salad to replace a carb. I'll be honest I'm probably just going to make me a smoothie and throw some green in there that's going to be my green for the day. creative ladies!! And hey don't keep all of the secret to yourself share some ofose recipes I would love to try one!! :)
