Monthly Team Challenges for December 2021

Good Morning Team,
Today we begin our New Team Goals that will take us thru the month of December.
Congratulations to those who joined me in November, you did a great job with meeting your goals. Hope you will join me for this month.
I have 2 Team Challenges for you, Nutrition and Fitness Goals for you to work on. Let's have a successful month and lets push ahead getting healthier and stronger, being the best we can be.
Nutrition Team
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
This month Add 1 New Fruit and or Veggie to your menu
Track Nutrition daily
Maintain 25 grams of Fibre or more daily.
Fitness Goals
Cardio: Aerobics, Power Walking, Swimming, Stationary Bike, Hiking, you choose what works best for you, anything that will raise your Heart Rate, Let's raise the bar and aim to get 25 minutes or more of daily firness...
Strength Training; at least 2x per week 20 minutes or more choose exercises for strengthening your Core, Upper and Lower Body with strengthening exercises using stretch bands and or weights, try something new this month you haven't tried before. Aim to reaching at least 2x per week 25 minutes or more per session
Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.
You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...
