I'm only 39 pounds away from goal!!!

At almost 73 (later this month), I've been following MFP since April. I was doing Atkin starting in February and had lost about 15 pounds, but I really missed fruit, Started MFP and have lost an additional 45 pounds. Another 39 to go. I go to the gym on Mondays and Fridays and work out on the recumbent bike, treadmill and strength training machines. Then I swim laps on Wednesdays. I had my annual doctor's appointment on Tuesday and they were amazed. My blood pressure was 116/68. Did bloodwork which will be back tomorrow. Can't wait to see how everything turns out. If I can do it, YOU CAN DO IT!!!
