Training frequency

Hey everyone,
What is your current training frequency, both in the acadamy/dojo/dojang and at home?
For myself -
Gym: Conditioning (weight training + high intensity cardio) 3x/week
Home: Technique practice, balance work and stretching 2x/week
Dojang: 1x/week black belt class
I am hoping to add a park day to work on forms soon as well (once work gives me a little break - probably around the start of the year).

I go to the dojo once per week and try to run at least twice per week. I really need to increase it. My son has taken an interest in weigh training, so I want to join him to give him some better direction and myself some extra weight training, but he is a teenager and moms are lame0

Oh yes - I know the teenage issues well! My daughter chose swim as her main sport, and although I've managed to teach her a fair amount of self defense over the years, she has had little to no interest in formal training.1

I made a commitment (details coming soon) that requires me to up my training, both intensity and frequency- -
My new schedule:
M/W/F - Conditioning (Weights, Cardio, Stretching)
T/Th - Practice @ home
Sat - Rest day
Sun - Black belt class
Cardio conditioning daily (Daily jog with the dogs) most days unless weather stops us.
I'll see how this goes for the next 2 weeks - may adjust.
