Monday:
Conditioning (Circuit): Lat pulldown, leg extension, leg curls, seated leg press, Calf raises, Bench press Bicep curls- 3 sets x 10 reps.
Conditioning (Treadmill): 1 mile run
Cool down - 1 mile walk

Tuesday: still really sore. Warm up and 30 min of really good stretching. Finished with 2.5 mile walk including " The hill".0

Wed was a repeat of Mon. Hit 3 new PRs in the gym.
Thursday: Chamber and balance work, 30 min. Stretching 45 minutes.1 -
My post didn't work from mobile again... sigh.
Friday, conditioning @ the gym.
Saturday: rest day.
Sunday: 90 min Black belt class1
