Hi Ladies,
My name is Cyndi and I just found your group. I am a 48 year old mom of 3 adults and have 3 grandbabies. I am a heart failure patient and had a full ischemic stroke 2 years ago due to blood thinner failure while treating AFIB.
I used to be pretty active with MFP years ago. Just coming back and looking for others who may want to encourage healthy habits and share our journey.
I have about 70lbs to drop and make a great cheerleader! LOL
