I am going for a walk with a friend tomorrow and on Saturday, after my parkrun I may be doing a one-on-one class with a friend of mine's son (we go to the same dojo, but he is in different classes because he is yellow belt and I am black belt and he is early teens). I still need to discuss it with his mom though1

Monday: Conditioning work - 45 minutes. Still making progress - I'm starting to plan out another workout routine for when I stall out in this one. I need to put some more emphasis on endurance.0

Tuesday: Home practice - Warm up, slow kick work (focus on hip rotation and upper body position) and 45 min of stretching.0

Wednesday: Conditioning @ the gym. Hit my first < 12 minute mile in... many years. Not bad for an old guy with a bad knee.0

Saturday Rest
Sunday Black belt class. Conditioning is really paying off. Best I've felt in class in a very long time.0 -
