Hey! Hope you don't mind I joined your group. Looks like no one is actively posting in any bodybuilding or weight lifting groups. Plus, I'm 50. I have a basic home gym. I do have a squat rack, but not a fancy power rack. I have various bars, but standard bars, not Oly bars. I'm doing a Push Pull Legs set up, but with legs 3 times a week. I do high rep squat sets to help my sluggish metabolism. Again, hope you don't mind I've joined you.1

Don't you feel legs x 3 times a week is too much? ie overtraining legs?0
