Monthly Team Weight Loss and Maintenance Goals for January 2022

Good Morning Team
Here is where we will work on our Weight Loss Challenges and or for those who are Maintenance.
For me I was on Maintenance for a number of years, my weight was good, weighing between 125-130 pounds averaging 125lbs. For my height and body frame my BMI was right on track.
Then I was diagnosed with Cancer and my weight plummeted down between 95 to 97 pounds.
Today I am trying to gain weight and at least maintain where I am while undergoing treatment so no further weight loss takes place.
Let's keep pressing on and strive to raise the Bar to our optimal best with finding the right weight and make it our goal to maintain it for the entire month.
So who is with me? let's do it one step at a time.
This week we include Saturday but normally we go from Sunday to Saturday

Week 1
this week I began with weighing 97 pounds and every day since I have maintained weight of 98 pounds; it’s a start of gaining my weight back but am rejoicing I am not losing right now, Praise God!

Week 2
I am pleased to say I have managed to keep my weight at 98 pounds. Better than losing. My goal is to gain more weight and get back to a good weight for my body frame and height!

That's great news, Judith! I hope you have been able to avoid losing more during your surgical procedures too.
I have to wait till they home from traveling to see what is happening weight wise.0 -

Still trying to at least maintain or at least not lose any further weight! I went down to 96lbs but have been able to bring it back up to 97 and maintain it to 97lbs. 😊
