New Year New Start

Hey....if you're like me, it's time to get your mind back on track and set new goals. I have decided to break my 2022 goals down into monthly goals. So mine are listed below;

Jan. 22 Goals

Lose 5 pounds
Walk 5 X a week
Drink 80+ ounces H2O daily
