Workouts through garmin

Has anyone ever used the workouts through Garmin Connect? I did not even know they existed until earlier this week. They have one for a couch to 5K that I'm starting today and other stretching/weight workouts. Just wondering if anyone else has used them in the past and if so did how did they work? TIA

I use them in the gym. I create my own workout (or use one of theirs) in Garmin Connect and then sync it to my watch. It tells me what exercise to do next, for how many reps and with what weight. It counts the reps with pretty good accuracy. When I'm done with the exercise, I hit done and it let's me edit reps or weight if needed. Hit the button again and it goes to the next exercise! I love it!3

Kdhaile - I'm working through the Garmin Coach 10k with Coach Jeff G at the moment. I like how it just let me input a target race date (https://www.runthrough.co.uk/event/tatton-10k-february-2023/) and adapts to my progress. I'm finding it really motivating! I don't suppose you have parkrun in your part of the world do you? I throw that in as a tempo run on top of the plan and find it really good fun, motivating and a positive measure of progress.1
