Good morning (it still is here on the Left Coast) all! Barry here. Took the hit over the head from our Leader and will now track my intake along with my exercise. 67yo who has lost 68 lbs, lost non-alcoholic fatty liver syndrome, lost pre-hyper tension( high blood pressure) all through the help of Fitz and the Hotties.
