Monday: STREEEEEETCH - 1 hour of hard stretching after warm up.1

Tuesday: Conditioning - weights + treadmill0

Wednesday: Kick combinations + 1 hour of stretching (Making progress!)0

Thursday: Conditioning - weights + treadmill. It's a grind, but it's working. 3 PRs were achieved. I'm pretty sore this morning - looking forward to more stretching tonight.1

I did my exercises with the kid and class on Saturday. I really hope I manage to get more steam soon1

Saturday - spent the day moving furniture - skipped the gym.
Sunday - Black belt class. Not feeling confident on my breaks for testing yet - but still working on it. I hoped to be further along by now, but still 6 weeks left to get this straight!1
