- A little stronger today than I was yesterday
- A little more disciplined
- Just a bit faster
- More flexible
- Having smoother execution of my highest form
- Kicking a little higher
- More focused on my goals instead of other people's opinions
"To achieve this progress, today I will":
- Practice basics, focusing on kicking height and proper execution.
- Stretch.
- Monitor my food intake
- Practice combinations of my highest form, focusing on transitions from one move to the next
