Interested in healthy weight cycling

Hi everyone! I'm a 50-something trans woman in South Texas who is approximately eight months into transition. Almost 6' tall, I'm currently hovering around 140 and am interested in *healthy* weight cycling as a strategy for augmenting weight redistribution.
I had originally planned to keep losing weight until I had a proper six pack, but I've reached a point where would like to slowly gain 15 pounds before heading back down toward 140. I had originally planned to go as low as 135 in order to get a proper six pack before weight cycling, but I had reached the point where my ribs were showing and my cheeks looked bony, and this seemed like a pretty good sign that I should not lose any more weight.
