I'm not jumping ship per say..but I feel I need to change things up more with my exercises. Monday I went to do my 30DS and couldn't even start I just am so bored with the routines! I tried to find the level 3 video on youtube and couldn't find it. I have our Wii hooked up to the TV so was trying to search on their "channel" but couldn't find it. Couldn't find Ripped in 30 either. So I started looking else where for workouts.
I'm still going to be working out and will use the 30DS videos to keep things different. But for now I'm focusing on bodyweight exercises (You Are Your Own Gym app) and HIIT. I've had some decent results with the shred but I'm looking for more. Also, I'm trying to keep costs low so I don't want to buy DVD after DVD after DVD (even though hers are cheap!)
Good luck ladies! Keep up the good work! I've enjoyed this group!

To each their own. It is repetitive but I like that because I can tell as my body gets stronger each day. We hope you stick around And good luck on your new plan!0

Same here for me! I can't BELIEVE I am successfully doing walk-out push-ups, so proud! I think after I finish I'll go back to Level 1 and see what it feels like0 -
I have to agree. I was able to get thorugh 10 days, before I had to stop because of problems with my feet, but I kept finding myself not wanting to do the DVD anymore, and I know it was because I knew exactly what was going to happen and I was getting bored. When you get bored, you get disinterested. I think I may go out and 1) get heavier weights ( i was using 3lbs, and I want to go to 5lbs) and 2) I think I will buy another of JM DVD's and rotate between the two. So I will complete two 30 day exercise programs in 60 days. Im hoping this will keep me entertained so I do not get bored. My foot problems have resolved, so I cannot wait to get back to working out.0

My co-workers and I had the same issue during our second time through body revolution. As much as we love her, we just got to a point where we just didn't want to do it. we switched to Kettleworx and did that for about a month and then worked a few of her videos back into the rotation. Sometimes it is good to switch it up if you get burnt out & go back to it when you are ready. They key is to make sure you are doing something equally challenging.0

I hear ya. Hubby and I were doing awesome and then he got hurt. After that we go for a day or 3, then I just have no motivation. I still love my running so I think I'm bored. Stick round here :-)0

I had a moment in Level 2 where I wanted to throw things at the TV
But I hung in there and I've almost finished Level 3. I'm starting Ripped next, but.... split up with 30DS, Zumba and body-weight exercises (looking at YouTube and trying to decide what I want to have a go at). And I'm going to up the weights to 3kg (6 pounds, I already use 2kg weights) for some movements.
I take a day off every now and then and just go for a walk or run, or do something else (cricket, soccer, footy or something with the kids). Or just sit and read a book lol0 -
I am going to keep it in rotation to keep things changing. I get bored easy, I can't even eat the same thing more than a few days in a row.
But, it worked for me. I finally dropped 1.5-2 lbs (depending which day you take the fluctuations from) since I first started the program. I gained a lb, then dropped it plus some. So changing it up was what I needed and accomplished what I wanted.
I still want to do level 3, the search function through the Wii must be different than online or something! I may have to do it on my laptop instead.0
