I am a Kindergarten teacher! It takes high energy and lots of movement to teach the littles. I am trying to get my energy back, be less tired and gain flexibility/mobility. I am hopeful to lose 50lbs in the long run but my short goal is 10-15lbs and better eating habits. I recently stepped up my step goals and have incorporated a 30 minute walk on my treadmill a few times each week. Still working towards healthy eating. Trying to stay out of the students snack tub.
