I am back and am trying to regulate my weight while undergoing Cancer treatment. This past year I have lost massive weight and now am trying to gain some back or at least maintain so no further weight loss occurs.
Hope you will join me this month! Letβs push on and be the best we can be whether itβs losing weight or maintenance, letβs go for itβ¦π

I am so pleased I finally passed by a 97 pound weight and now weigh 98 pounds.... I have maintained this weight for several days, next achievement: I am aiming to reach 100 pounds...Trying to gain some weight as I prepare for my next surgeries....
