✈️DESTINATION English Bay, Vancouver, Canada 6,000 Miles - Cut 100 Calories & Healthy Snacks

The challenge begins Saturday morning. Exercise and Cut 100 Calories and Healthy Snacks done before SATURDAY does not count!!!

Be ready for a day and evening of fun. The people watching, music festival and the evening fireworks are incredible. Bring your picnic, blanket, and camera and stake out your spot. This evening, at English Bay will be one of the most spectacular firework competitions in the world, and it is Vancouver's largest event. International teams compete in this Celebration of Light. The fireworks are launched from a barge on the bay, and these dazzling displays reflect on the water, synchronized to music. Hundreds of boats form a semi-circle a safe distance around the fireworks barge, and if you wish you can view from one of these boats.

📝Living the Good Life – Lighten Up/Cut 100 Calories a Day & Healthy Snacks

This week give up, swap or cut back on a food or beverage to reduce your daily calorie intake by 100 calories. For instance your coffee - choose milk not cream, or skip the sugar, don't add butter to your bread - use mustard instead of mayo, make an open faced sandwich with just one slice of bread, apple slices instead of French fries, etc. Ideally you find one thing to swap, cut back on or eliminate, to reduce your daily calorie intake PERMANENTLY. Find creative hacks to prepare a favorite foods, or simply cut out the sodas or lattes. Make a healthy change to your daily food and beverages. Cutting 100 calories a day for 35 days, you could lose 1 pound (3,500 calories), in one year that is 10 pounds! Basically, you could cut 100 calories from your daily diet and not really miss it.

Example swap 2 bread and butter (toast) for a Bread Thin with no butter. This saves 177 calories each time you have '2 pieces of bread'.
