I think about food 24/7. Then I run to the kitchen. I live in a dehydrated state. I drink other things but not water. I want to change these problems. I am a worrier.

    One thing I have done to encourage myself to drink water is to use Crystal Light drink flavorings. Once I get used to drinking more, I switch to plain, ice cold water. I also have a large water bottle that I have with me all the time - everytime I look at it, I take a swallow or 2. It becomes a habit within a short period of time.

    When you get the urge to run to the kitchen, allow yourself a banana or a handful of baby carrots dipped in a small amount of hummus, and chug a glass of water. Fewer calories, still yummy, and you will feel more full sooner with all that water...
