Hi everyone,
I just found this group and thought I'd join. I am a working mom. I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old at home and I teach. 3 years ago, I was at my highest weight - 260. Before I got pregnant, I made it down to 170. I am back up to 195-200 these days, and I'm sick of it! I just want to feel healthy again.
I've been working out 4-5 times per week, but I know that the eating habits are what is keeping me from losing. So here I am... and I need some accountability partners. I'm hoping that this group can help me stay on track!

Well we are super EXCITED TO HAVE YOU HERE! Go ahead and add a couple people on the group as friends! they are great at helping you stay motivated and supporting. they also suggest a lot of Great tips!
