Welcome to the I Challenge Myself Team!
My name is Becca and I am a former member of Spark People. I was a member there for 10 years and lost a total of 126 pounds. I have gained a bit back (111 pounds down), but am committing to do my daily goals to help me get back on track.
I am also diabetic with ADHD and have found that I am more compliant if I track my daily goals in writing, hence, forming this team.
Please introduce yourself, and welcome!

Hi, I am Judith and I used to be a member of Sparkpeople. Looking for accountability and friendship - mutual - as I loose that last lump! I have lost weight in the past but now the last leg is the hardest slog.
I have a few challenges health-wise but also like smiling!

Hi, my name is Susan. I started my latest weight loss journey in August 2021 at 204 lbs and was initially very successful. I am currently stalled at 177 with a goal weight of 145. I am 5’7”. I have knee and back issues so step challenges are out for now. I love to swim, use the free weights and ride the stationary bike at the gym. With COVID concerns I made the decision to avoid the gym in January but now it’s late February and my first challenge is going to be gym visits. I also need to regularly perform back strengthening exercises to avoid another back episode. There will be a challenge related to that also.
I joined another group in early January but it was full of people posting videos, daily meals, and just a lot of stuff. I am hoping this smaller group can be more interactive. I am happy to cheer on, celebrate and encourage others. I am still struggling with some of the nuances of posting on MFP so if I put something in the wrong place just let me know.2 -
Welcome, Susan! I am newer to posting here too so we can work it out together!
So glad you are here!0 -
Hi, I am Wyn. Thank you for the invite 😁 I sort of recognize your name from SP. Were you on the colouring team? Anyway, I am 71 recovering from TIAs last year nothing really bad but definitely set me back. I have just finally managed to get 20 minutes on the TM. Now I need to challenge myself to improve my actual body.2

Hello Wyn, glad you are joining us. I am also working on a non scale challenge. Gym visits are going well but weight loss is stagnant. Look forward to reading about your challenge.1

I'm Christina, I have no idea what SparkPeople was, haha. I'm 33, I only really use MFP for the forums, as I use MacroFactor for logging food, and I love to do pole fitness. The pole fitness groups here on MFP are pretty much tumbleweed towns, so I figure I'd use my own thread here, and check in with you all! Hi!1
