Good Morning All

We have started our final Week 4 to finish out our Goals for February! I have included the last two days of February; Sunday and Monday the 27th and 28th to complete out the month!

You have done well in meeting your goals. Keep up the great work!

I will post new March Goals for you on Monday February 28th.

You will see new Nutrition and Fitness Goals for you to achieve. Hope you will join me!

    I have created new Goals for you for March. Let’s raise the bar to our personal best.

    Week 1

    Nutrition Goals

    Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
    Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
    Choose 1 new Vegetable or 1 new Fruit or both each week for the entire month of March:
    Goal is to increase your Fruits and Vegetables for a Healthier you!
    Track Nutrition daily
    Maintain the right amount of calories per day
    Maintain 25 grams of Fibre or more daily.

    Fitness Goals: Plan of Action: to be more active.

    Cardio: aim for at least 30 minutes or more per day.

    Fitness Suggestions: Marching in place, Swimming, Jogging, Biking, Walking,Treadmill. Stationary Bike

    Strength Training; upper and lower body strength training, at least 3x per week 25 minutes or more each session.

    Strength Training Suggestions: Gardening, lifting Light Weights, Arm and Leg Raises

    Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.

    You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...
