Exercise: nope, Fitbit shows I did but it wasn’t purposeful. I was close to my goal of 8,000 steps. Does pacing while on stressful telephone calls count? Lol
Tracking: yes
Calories: yes, I’m counting today even tho it shows 8 calories over. That is just very close & my stress level is still very high. I sure miss the good ole days.

Did I stay within my calorie budget for the day? yes
Did I keep track of everything I ate and drank? yes3 -
I met my exercise goal with another hike down the mountain plus some added work out in my garden. However, my daily schedule was upended and I did not get my food tracked. I do know what I ate for breakfast because it's always the same and was able to log some of it today, but I know it's not accurate. I need to really focus on tracking to stay the course. I can't confidently say that I stayed within my calories for today.3
