Did I exercise for at least 20 minutes? Yes an hour walk - Iβm pretty proud of finding this exercise window this week. My fiancΓ©es mom is visiting and my cat is recuperating from his paw surgery with that cone of shameβ¦ I have lots of excuses to skip this week but Iβm not! I did pass on the extra hour of swimming but the cat had me up every couple hours so I needed sleep more.

Tracked it all and am under calories (and the kitchen is closed).
Exercise was two separate walks outside today (forgot to turn on the βworkoutβ on my Apple Watch for the second). Stretching tonight. Stiff and a bit sore today from the workout yesterday. All good!

I actually made good food choices and was only over by a little - had I managed to get myself out the door for another 15 min walk I'd have been fine on both exercise and calories. So it's a pass day, but not one I'm beating myself up over.6 -

Oh, you are right, my feelings are just a mass. I am looking forward for meeting our friends and having beautiful time with them. But for sure I will cry a bit.6 -

March 2 - Pass Day 1
Exercise: 15 minutes MommaStrong, 30 minute walk, no stretching (this is why I mention it -- it's too easy to skip)
Tracking: Planned the day at my target level. Tracked every extra nibble, which made me over.
Calories: Over
Yes I still am down 0.2 pounds this morning.
I was not that hungry yesterday - most of my nibbles were just because things looked good and I couldn't resist, rather than that I was too hungry and couldn't resist. I was 255 calories over.
I think I am going to focus on truly complete tracking this month, which to be honest I have really never done. I know those are the rules and I felt like I was doing it "enough" but I think I am beginning to see really I wasn't. More in 'What's On Your Mind"4 -

I hear you. I haven't yet gone to the store since I got home from my recent trip. There are absolutely no veggies in the house so my diet is not the healthiest at the moment. I really need to go the store today.
