hello everyone my name is maureen . sorry for the low case caps .. my laptop shift key is not working.. lol.. but anyways . im not new to myfitnesspal .. but on again off again . i think i am ready to get this weight under controlled . but i do need help in doing so . i am from south eastern part of ohio . i live out in the country . this weather has put a damper on my walking .. i was getting a mile a day on the property . now only getting less then 4000 steps aday . just need to get it done i guest.. but anyways i am here for you guys .. please add me as a friend . thank you
