Good Morning Team, π
You have done well in meeting your goals this past month. Keep up the great work!
I have created new Goals for you for March. Letβs raise the bar to our personal best.
Hope you will join me.
Week 1
Nutrition Goals
Drink between 6 to 8 glasses of Water per day
Eat between 5 and 6 Fresh Fruits and Veggies per day
Choose 1 new Vegetable or 1 new Fruit or both each week for the entire month of March:
Goal is to increase your Fruits and Vegetables for a Healthier you!
Track Nutrition daily
Maintain the right amount of calories per day
Maintain 25 grams of Fibre or more daily.
Fitness Goals: Plan of Action: to be more active.
Cardio: aim for at least 30 minutes or more per day.
Fitness Suggestions: Marching in place, Swimming, Jogging, Biking, Walking,Treadmill. Stationary Bike
Strength Training; upper and lower body strength training, at least 3x per week 25 minutes or more each session.
Strength Training Suggestions: Gardening, lifting Light Weights, Arm and Leg Raises
Let's raise the Bar and be the best and healthiest we can be.
You are welcome to choose both Nutrition and Fitness Goals or choose at least one of them with sticking to your plan for the entire month...

Evening Hello All
I am back and will work on both Goals for March. I will work on my Strength training with focusing on both arm and leg strengthening exercises.
Will also focus on getting enough calories daily and generally raise the bar for being more active and eat healthier as possible.
