I need motivation to do regular strength/stretching exercises and eating freggies. However, I struggle on many challenges where all or nothing is required. This challenge is going to give you an opportunity to begin working up to a preferred quantity and carry on the things we already have down.

Daily goals and point values -
Sleep 7+ hours - 5 points
Cardio - 2 points/15 minutes (up to 60 minutes)
Drink water - 2 points/8 oz.
Freggies - 2 points/freggies
Strength/stretching - 2 points/10 minutes

This point system will be a daily goal. Each day in addition to your daily point totals there will be a bonus activity given just for that day. Any activity that is also one of the daily goals can be double-counted. This should be a fun way to get to know each other as well as to build our healthy habits. I will be posting your daily challenge typically the evening before as I am more of a night owl - there! You already know something new about me!

We begin this Tuesday March 1. I will post your March 1 activity tomorrow evening. See you then!

    @ruthe_51 I just have a question about the end game. Is there a point goal that we're trying to hit? How will we know when we're finished?
