I did core with my son on Monday. The same exercises are getting easier, so perhaps it it helping1

Tuesday was arms with my son. We have decreased the reps in a set but have increased the number of sets. Still managing fine with arms. Arms and legs have never been an issue for me
Wednesday morning walk with my friend became a coffee and chat because I have a doctor's appointment1 -
Monday: Conditioning at the gym + forms
Tuesday: Stretching
Wednesday: Conditioning + forms
Slowly tapering back this week so that I'm not too sore for testing.1 -
Wednesday was leg day. All good with extra sets.
Thursday I am not feeling well. Adjusting to new medication, so I am taking it easy1 -
Thursday: Practice before the test - focusing on a light run through of all lower forms, practicing board breaks (walk through and distance only).1

Saturday class was working on stances. I always appreciate those classes because my stances are never perfect0
