I have been thinking of low carb lately. There are so many people who are successful on low carb diets. Myself? I am a carb lover and have been my whole life. I was raised on the Mediterranean diet. But, all of these low carb followers are making curious.
Are you a low carb? Could you teach the rest of the team a few tricks? Could we make this thread a low carb recipe discussion? Are low carb foods expensive?
I do know that there are green light foods, yellow light foods and red light foods... As you can tell, I do not know much.

Low on grocery money and still want a low carb food? Why not a simple hot dog? At a local grocery store here, they are selling 2 packs of cheese hot dogs (my favorite) for $4.00!2

Why not coleslaw with cut up pickles and buttermilk? A friend fixed some for me. I am addicted to the stuff!1
