    Morning BBB

Our time in Florida is ending soon. Today will be the last of our errands and laundry. Tomorrow will pack and clean house. Then hang with our friends in the evening after they get off work. Plan to be on the road by 8:30 on Tuesday. It will be COLD when we arrive in Nebraska on Thursday. I should spend this afternoon in the pool. I will miss sunny and 80.

Pool sounds like a great idea Steph. Save travels home. I'm sure your family is excited to spend time with their fav aunt and Uncle!

If you bring rain gear Dennis, you won't need It! Lets hope.

    Good morning BBB crew.

This is that strange time of year, when part of the country is still wintery, and part is moving on to spring. Glad that I live in the latter. Daffodils are up everywhere around Tumwater and trees are budding with the promise of new leaves. Still frosty some mornings, but the threat of snow has definitely passed.

It was sunny, yesterday and will be again today. Only 52 expected, but that feels pretty good after the cold of a week ago. Maybe we'll take the new car for a drive in the country. Sunday drives were a pleasure of my childhood that no one seems to do, anymore. My dad would load us up in the '51 Plymouth and take us off to see covered bridges, random historical markers, or just wander back roads, to see where they went. Lots of people used to do the same. I miss that.

    Morning~

Up early to make breakfast w/ DF. Pancakes/bacon with some Pappy Van Winkle Bourbon Barrel aged syrup! YUM!

Great time at VFW yesterday. Not sure DF is a fan of Tucker - who thinks he needs to be in DF's lap all the time. (DF is a cat guy). His flight is tonight so - perfect time to avoid getting on each others nerves.

    Safe trek - Steph/Ron!

    Love the PACNW.

    Good Sunday Morning BBB Friends.
    • Motorcyclist still take the Sunday ride in the country Dave. Of course, if you are a retired motorcyclist the days get blurred.
    • Packing the bags today and the rain gear will be included. I only hope you are right Mary.
    • Got gas last night at $3.89 as they were raising the price to $3.99. I know some of you pay more but that is over twice what we paid last year.
    • Prayers for those in harms way in the Ukraine. We also need to pay for the innocent citizens in Russia.

    Good afternoon, folks.

We're using the contractor who will eventually do the restoration work to do the bathroom. No news on that front except that our HOA manager has quit her job. So, that's a President and HOA manager that we've scared off with this mess.

I did a tweet that went viral, btw. So, many butt hurt replies from youngins that aren't in on the joke though. 🙄

    Evening BBB.

    (((Ukraine)))

Valid point about innocent Russians. I think there are many and many who are not happy about being in a dictatorship.

Tough to watch this and since Ukraine is not NATO, the USA cannot directly intervene.

Glad you had nice visit with DF. I bet he likes Tucker and just won't admit it. How can you not? That is some expensive syrup.

    Bundle up Steph.

    Lou, you nailed it.

TOAD patrol. Sunday drivers make my head spin, especially diring the leaf peeping season.

I worked both days this weekend and I'm whupped.
