No tolerance policy

In order to stay consistent with the main forums I'm implementing a no tolerance policy

I will be compelled to react to any and all reports

If a thread is reported IT WILL BE LOCKED
If a photo is reported IT WILL BE REMOVED
If a user is reported THEY WILL BE BANNED

That is all

    This thread has been double locked because of a report that it was vulgar
