I am challenging myself to get my daily step count over 7000 steps, completing at least 10 Floors and having my Zone Minutes over 20, as tracked by my Versa. I also want to add 3 cardio workouts a week and 2 strength training sessions to my week.

Welcome to our group. I like your challenge.
I am also curious about zone minutes. I use a Polar heart rate monitor and it breaks things down into multiple zones. Good luck with your challenge and if you have a minute can you educate us on zone minutes?

Zone Minutes replaced active minutes on my Fitbit, they just mean that my heart rate is elevated and working more then at resting1

Lol about the Zone Minutes. I might have known that, if I would wear mine! It works and I’ve been thinking about wearing it (for many weeks now, to understand how it works on an elliptical machine). I don’t like the feel of it on my wrist. Excluding my wedding ring, I take off all jewelry when I’m home.0

Update to my challenge.
My goal for this month is to get 9000 steps daily, hit 20 Zone Minutes and get 5 Floors in. I also want to get 82oz of water in every day.2 -
