Happy Thursday fellow UAC'ers! I came across this little tidbit of wisdom on one of my scrolling adventures, thought I'd share it. Hope everyone is having a great day!

Wednesday was a no. An off day generally. Calories may have been ok but we will never know as I didn't track it all. Plus no exercise.

Starting the month off with 3 Pass days already. Fighting some kind of bug that just keeps hanging on.This too shall pass. I'll take however many days I need to get over this, and plan to come back strong!9

Worked a full day at work today. It was good to have a change of scenery. Tired tonight. Going to clinic tomorrow morning to see why I am retaining fluid again.6 -

Just tested positive for covid this morning so no idea what I can and won't be able to do. Plan is to just hunker down for the next 5 days and get thru this as easily as possible. May step back from this challenge.
