If you are new and want to join in, by all means, please do - we love to celebrate those losses with you! This is the standard format we try to use for these threads:

My Numbers:
SW: Starting weight before you lost anything.
CW: Current weight at the beginning of the challenge.
GW: Goal weight for the month (what you would like to weigh at the end of the monthly challenge) Try to keep it realistic and SAFE!
LTGW: Lifetime goal weight ( What you would like to weigh at the end of your weight loss journey)
Weigh-ins: What days you will weigh-in; for example, Fridays

Super keen for this month (sorry for stealing your thunder and getting the April one started Gnawcraft) - got five weeks to kick it this month so have pushed my goal further than I usually would but if I hit it that'll be both 10% initial body weight loss + 15kg lost total

Good loss this week which makes sense as no loss last week. Why are bodies so weird? The last two days of sleep have been a little better and my ankle is definitely on the mend which is great so I'm feeling pretty good. Date night with hubby tonight so I've planned out my food for that. I really like having all my food pre-planned. It takes all the decision making out of the day foodwise so there's less pantry hunting which is a downfall for me as my hubby isn't on the journey will me so there's "bad" stuff in the pantry. I'm having a great week this week for motivation and oomph. I hit one of my major milestones during the week with 10% of inital body weight lost. So happy to have got that under my belt (or out from under my belt as the case may be). I started daily morning stretches which has really help me feel more energetic during the day and got my first workout in, in my new "gym". Oh my god. I do actually have muscles under the flab, and they hurt...a lot. Still it felt great to get started into the excercise part of things as I have only been concentrating on food so far and I want this to be a health journey and that means working on my fitness too.

Happy Easter everyone. Hit my next mini-goal this week of 15kg lost. Next one is to get under 120kg which is so close I can taste it. It tastes better than chocolate eggs and hot cross buns which I've managed to avoid so far. I love my parents but they seem to be unable to help themselves when it comes to providing us with Easter treats and we're there tomorrow for dinner so that is probably going to be a minefield. Small gain this week. It's been a super stressful week at work and I've been sleeping poorly because of it. I've noticed how much more hungry I am if my sleep is bad. As expected my Mum bought us a bag of chocolates for easter and I've indulged in a small amount each day. Yesterday I told my hubby either he needs to hide them or throw them out because I don't want to see it anymore.
On the bright side my 2nd hand exercise equipment has been installed in my spare bedroom so I think I can officially call it my gym now! Got my first walk in today on treadmill. Even my doggo got in on the action
Still hoping to get under 120kg for next week. Full steam ahead!!!0 -

I hit my goal for the month! So proud of myself. Well done @bbwkitten & @Americanbabydoll on hitting your monthly goals too. Literally for the first time ever I said out loud that I'm going to be able to get to a healthy weight to my husband last night. I dream about it and whisper it to myself but I never say it out loud to anyone else "just in case". This week I've done a 30-60min walk 5 out of 7 days and have had a consistent calorie deficit, the last four days I've been consistently getting an hour walk in every morning before work. This is it ladies & gents. Last time I'm every seeing 120kg on my scales. On to next month!1 -
