Short Term Goals Week of April 4th-10th, 2022

I know we sort of missed this week for goals so I thought I’d post next weeks thread ahead of time. I’ll look at what’s going on for personal/fitness challenges and post this comings goals by Sunday.🤪
For the weekend goals:
-walk 20,000 steps (min. 30 min outside)
-2 hrs of biking
-60 min strength
-30 min each stretching, qigong, yoga
-organize meals for work week

-60 min strength
-30 min each stretching, qigong, yoga (a little tonight possibly, but definitely tomorrow)
-organize meals for work week I'll try again on Sunday, I've already starting picking out meals/foods to shop for tomorrow (Sat)

Nice goals @filmgal30 I'm doing pretty good. Very little back pain but I know I need to be careful. My foot still doesn't work right and worry my limp cause more problems with my back. But I'm back to my camp gladiator workouts and I'm so happy about that. A new 5 week session starts in a week and I have a goal of doing 4 camps a week. 🤞1
