Monday: Back at the gym. Didn't feel like it, but ... discipline wins when motivation doesn't. Dropped reps a bit at the end because form was starting to break down early. Probably my really bad dietary choices for the day catching up to me.
Tuesday: Lower forms review + stretching. Countdown to test: 4 days.

Wednesday: Back @ the gym. Intensity was somewhere between nominal and whatever happened on Monday. Energy levels were fine, but I intentionally dialed it back just a little to give muscles more recovery before test on Saturday.
Thursday: Final preparations for testing (practice forms, stretching, meditation, walk through board breaks, check fluids in the car, wash and iron dobok, pace about the house.. Meditate more and get focused.)0
