I've been struggling hard with my depression lately. I'm finally single for the first time in my adult life and I want to be happy. My divorce crushed me even tho I am the one who filed. I feel like I wasted 20 years of my life on a man who didn't love me and that's really taking a toll on my mental health. I'm still medicated and in therapy, and I'm busy with work and school and my kids, but I need to start prioritizing exercise now. I'm looking for friends who know the depression struggle. I'm looking for friends I can support and motivate, and in turn the same.
