To me, these taste like wine coolers. They are also known as "cranberry spritzers". Delicious even when it is not Christmas.
All the mocktail consists of are non-alcoholic sparkling wine and cranberry juice. If you do not drink non-alcoholic sparkling wine, soda water may be substituted. Personally, if I didn't, I would substitute with either seltzer, club soda or sparkling water. Heck, you can even use 7-Up.
You can't go wrong with this mocktail!
