    I have let everything other than my Saturday classes go out the window. But today I am doing pilates with a friend. Easter weekend and the dojo is closed so I can do a parkrun for a change maybe. Unless my ex's dojo is open, then I may visit there and do some style comparisons

    I took 2 days off to recover from testing and travel - getting back to it tonight - have a new form to learn!

    Friday was gym day.
    Saturday taught a private lesson - and spent plenty of time demonstrating, so got some good practice in.
    No black belt class on Sunday due to the holiday (boo!), so I went to the gym.
