I'm very well morbidly obese, sitting at 480 pounds. I'm looking to lose at least a total of 230 pounds and I'm just feeling rather down how I will never get there. I know I just started my journey but I really don't want to be feeling like this about it all. I probably just need some reassurance that I've got this and can do this.
